If you're new to ITC’s table leg systems, it can be a bit confusing working out which one you actually need.
There are pedestal legs, wall-mounted legs, hybrids, and even a tripod that lets you use your indoor table outside.

Below is a simple, honest guide written to help motorhome and boat owners decide which system makes the most sense for their setup.

Pedestal Legs

(A Single Leg That Attaches to the Floor)

ITC currently offers three pedestal systems:

• Cypress

• Redwood

• Sequoia

All three are surface-mount systems, which means you don’t need to drill a huge hole through your floor, unlike older-style table legs.

Every system works the same way:

1. A floor base attaches to the floor

2. A dust cap clips on to keep dirt out

3. A table leg drops into the floor base

4. A table connector fixes to the underside of your table and clips onto the top of the leg

This means you can completely remove the table when not in use, leaving just a low-profile base behind — no giant post stuck in the way.

Below is a breakdown of the systems and where they differ.

Cypress — The Strongest of the Three

Think of Cypress as the Redwood’s bigger, stronger brother.
It uses the same T-bolt securing mechanism, but it’s beefed up everywhere:

• 8” floor base (Redwood is 7”)

• 2.5” diameter leg (Redwood and Sequoia are 2”)

• 18mm installed height with the dust cap

• Very stable, ideal for large motorhome tables

• Rotates 360°

When to choose Cypress:
If your table is on the bigger side, or you simply want the most stable setup possible, Cypress is the one.
Available in Black and Silver.

Sequoia & Redwood — Similar Strength, Different Features

Both Sequoia and Redwood use the same size 7” floor base and 2” leg diameter, so in terms of raw strength, they’re about the same.
They’re best suited to table tops around 750mm × 500mm.

But the features are where they differ:

Sequoia

• Super low profile floor base: only 12mm off the floor when installed

• Great for campervan setups where the RIB/rock & roll bed slides over the top

• Uses a clip-on mechanism

• Not as easy to rotate while installed — easier to lift off, swivel, and drop back in

Redwood

• Slightly taller floor base at 18mm

• One-handed T-bolt assembly

• Much easier to rotate 360° while installed
  

When to choose which?

• Choose Sequoia if floor height is critical.

• Choose Redwood if you want quick, one-handed setup and easy rotation.

Radix Tripod

(For Outdoor Use)

Designed and manufactured by CWT

This is our in-house product and it works with all three table leg systems above.

It’s made from 6061-T6 aluminium, powder-coated in Black or Silver, and is designed so you can use your indoor table top outside in your motorhome awning or on the dock next to your boat.

Key features:

• Folds up neatly for storage

• 3 removable rubber feet

• Hidden holes under the feet allow anchoring into grass with screw-in pegs

• Great for outdoor use

For larger tops (over 750mm × 500mm), we recommend using the ground pegs for extra stability.

Wall-Mounted Legs

MOD Leg

The MOD leg is ITC’s upgraded version of a popular wall-mount system on the market, but with much improved tolerances and aluminium quick-release fasteners.

The MOD system is made up of:

• A wall mount (170mm × 95mm)

• A vertical post (height adjustable)

• A horizontal arm (rotates 360°)

• A table mount that attaches to the tabletop (also rotates 360°)

The result is maximum versatility.
The table can swing, rotate, and stow out of the way — ideal for compact layouts and van conversions.

MOD / Cypress Hybrid

This is where things get interesting.

This hybrid system combines:

• The strength of the Cypress floor base

• The versatility of the MOD horizontal arm

ITC created a special 2.5” hybrid leg with an adaptor on top so you can attach the MOD arm to a pedestal leg.

The result is a table system that:

• Mounts securely to the floor

• Still rotates and swings like a MOD

• Works brilliantly in awkward or offset layouts

• Is ideal for L-shaped seating

Important:
Because the MOD arm creates a cantilever, this hybrid should NOT be used with the Radix Tripod, as it would tip over.

Which One Should You Choose? (Simple Advice)

• Large motorhome table: Cypress

• Medium campervan/motorhome table: Sequoia or Redwood

• Need a low floor height: Sequoia

• Want quick, one-handed assembly: Redwood / Cypress

• Outdoor use: Radix Tripod

• Tight or L-shape seating: MOD or MOD/Cypress Hybrid

• Maximum versatility: MOD/Cypress Hybrid

• Heavier table tops: Cypress
