Cancel Your Order / Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer buying for personal use, EU law gives you the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to justify your decision. This is separate from — and takes priority over — our voluntary 30-day returns policy (see our Refund Policy for full details of both).
You do not need our approval in advance to exercise this right. Simply notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, using either method below, and then send the item back to us.
Option 1: Email us
Email support@cwt-europe.eu with your order number and a clear statement, for example: “I withdraw from my purchase, order #1234.” We will confirm receipt and send you return instructions.
Option 2: Use our contact form
Visit our Contact page and submit the form, including your order number and the words “Right of Withdrawal / Cancel my order” in your message.
Option 3: Send us the Model Withdrawal Form
Complete the official EU Model Withdrawal Form below and email it to us at support@cwt-europe.eu, or post it to our address.

What happens next
- Once we've received your notice of withdrawal, we'll confirm and send you return instructions.
- You're entitled to inspect and test the item as you would in a shop — this doesn't affect your right to withdraw.
- Original packaging is requested where reasonably possible, but is not required for us to accept your return.
- We'll refund you, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or evidence you've sent it), to your original payment method.
