Returns & Refunds Policy – CW Trade Europe B.V.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • Not installed or fitted
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns must be authorised before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return costs.
  • If you change your mind, return shipping is your responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Important – Installed or Used Items

We cannot accept returns for items that have been:

  • Installed
  • Used beyond what is necessary to inspect them
  • Modified

Please ensure compatibility and suitability before installation. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll help.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Faulty
  • Incorrect

Contact us as soon as possible at support@cwt-europe.eu, ideally with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The quickest way to get the correct item is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Not installed
  • In original packaging

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Typically processed within 10 business days

Where a return is made within the EU 14-day right of withdrawal period, the original standard delivery cost will also be refunded.

For returns requested after this 14-day period, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
